The HTC One S unveiled at MWC 2012 was supposed to be launched in the US via T-Mobile. Back on March 1 it passed FCC, and it became clear the phone is on its way to the Magenta carrier. Afterwards, we had rumors claiming the HTC One S would be introduced on April 18 and launched on April 25. What I like about rumors is that no matter how crazy they sound in the end most of them turn into reality. Just like in this case. The HTC One S is official and will be launched via T-Mobile on April 25 at a price tag of $199.99 on contract.
Coming in between the HTC One X and One V, the HTC One S has attracted more attention due to its features. Among them we can find a 4.3-inch Super AMOLED touchscreen at qHD resolution and protected by Corning Gorilla Glass technology, a dual-core Krait processor clocked at 1.5GHz with 1GB of RAM, thus, you will feel no lag between your actions and their implementation, 16GB of internal memory, an 8MP camera to record high quality photos and videos at 1080p, a VGA frontal camera for video chat, and finally, the device runs Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich with HTC Sense 4.0. There are also Beats Audio support and free 25GB DropBox storage.

The HTC One S will be available on April 25, and if you are still not familiar with it, the photo gallery below will help you draw accurate conclusions and decide whether it deserves to be your next smartphone or not.
