HTC just like its Asian competitor Samsung has big plans for 2011. The company is planning to increase the number of the devices sales. And not only to increase it but according to DigiTimes to increase its number thrice- from 20 million to 60 million units.
Thus comes the main question- on what kind of devices the emphasize will be put- on Android or WP7 gadgets. Or the company might even look for some kind of balance between those two, who knows.
So far the company is the largest manufacturer for the WP7 smartphones including such cool units as HTC Surround, HTC 7 Pro, HTC HD7, HTC Mozart and HTC Trophy. The company has also talked about its roadmap for 2011, but the event was open only for the executive partners of the company.
