The AT&T variant of the HTC One X known as the HTC One XL will be launched on May 6, according to an email sent to a consumer who had pre-ordered its own device and wondered when he would get the phone. While many consumers might doubt this information saying it must have been only mistakenly mentioned (even AT&T has not said when it will launch the phone), the rest of the users have all reasons to believe it will become a reality.
It’s not surprising because the phone was earlier tested and was said to be preparing for May launch. On the other hand, there are other countries and carriers promising to deliver the phone in April, though the One X handsets packed with Snapdragon S4 chipsets were said to be delayed because of technological difficulties.
However, nothing certain is known at the moment, therefore all our thoughts and assumptions are mainly based on what we hear. We have to admit the info we get varies to such an extent that it becomes a challenging task to say which one will ultimately prove correct and which not.
