htc-touch-android-186x300 Of course, this is not a full firmware with a promising operating system from Google, but here are some impressions from the owners of Android communicators HTC Touch P3450 (ELF) and HTC Touch P3452 (ELFIN).

Installation instructions:

Go to http://sourceforge.net/projects/wing-linux/files/
Download the wing-linux-0.4pre3-rootfs.cab and wing-linux-0.4pre3-herald.cab
Set both files to your memory card
Start – Programs – Wing Linux => RUN

The download process can take more than 10 minutes.

the os files are’nt designed for ur device….

try searhing for the files that support ur phone….

  in installed the android – rootfs and herald on my htc touch p 3450 (GSM phone) and the install happens properly and i see the android screen and desktop. howver none of the buttons work. how do i assign menu and oter keys on this phone.ndr. prashanth

      I think so,nit need some supporting files or another cab file

      Same issues but pull u r battery again start the OUR old willu00a0 OS appear..

I have installed the android on my HTC Touch P3450 Elf and is running good but with few exceptions. Like the sound is not working at all, camera is looking for SD card etc. nnCan anyone knows how to fix the sound issue?

I have HTC P 3450 and the Android is loading. However Bluetooth and Sound is not working. Kindly let us know if there is any updates on this. Thanks for this information.
