At the moment, Sprint’s HTC Evo 4G LTE has been cleared from all bugs and shortcomings. On the whole, this phone has suffered a lot since its launch date. Fortunately, everything is in the past. And now Sprint customers can go for not only the gray version but the white as well. According to the carrier’s latest statement, the white Evo 4G LTE will be launched in the States on July 15.
Like its sibling, the white version of the phone will be available in stores at the same price tag, $199.99 on contract. This is the price for a handset that will bring you a lot of fun. Also note that the One X handsets are meant to be the main competitors to the Galaxy S III.
The Evo 4G LTE sports high-end features to meet the competition with head held high. It is packed with a 4.7-inch Super IPS LCD2 capacitive touchscreen with the resolution of 720×1280 pixels protected with Gorilla Glass technology, a dual-core 1.5GHz processor with 1GB of RAM, 16GB of native storage, which can be expanded up to 32GB via microSD card slot, an 8MP rear camera with autofocus and LED flash, a 1.3MP frontal camera, a 2000mAh battery and Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich with HTC Sense 4.0.
