Bell’s own website has displayed the picture of the phone confirming they are preparing for the launch of the smartphone.
Impressive specs of the HTC Desire Z really make it worth buying. The Android based smartphone is equipped with a 3.7 inch WVGA touch display, a 5-megapixel camera and a 800MHz processor.  Moreover, the HTC Desire Z features HTC’s new Sense user interface, a full QWERTY-keyboard and the ability to record HD videos at 720p.

The outright price of the Desire Z should be $499.

The HTC Ozone is based on the HTC Snap smartphone and is equipped with a horizontally oriented display and a QWERTY keyboard. This device runs the Windows Mobile 6.1 operating system with a new “sliding panel” allowing a one-click access to frequently used contacts.

The HTC Ozone also has an ergonomic keyboard, applications to work with office documents, a support for global roaming and a decent set of operator services.

I guess the buyers of the HTC Ozone will be pleased with the price of the device. With a two-year contract with Verizon Wireless the phone will cost only $50. The new phone will be available starting from June 29.

Well, Sprint subscribers may have to choose between the Palm Pre and the HTC Snap, and whether this is good or bad, we’ll find out later.
