An entire month ago T-Mobile announced about its plans to offer the HTC Radar as the HTC Radar 4G, but we had no news after that. A rumor stated the device will be unveiled on November 2. Finally, this info is confirmed in the manufacturer’s official Facebook page. We’ll soon have this awesome Windows Phone device.

Earlier the handset was expected to come at a high price — $200. As you see this information is not confirmed in the official statement. Instead the device will be offered for $100, which is a surprisingly low price for a handset like this. The device will require a two-year contract with the carrier, which is typical of T-Mobile.
Compared with the earlier version, this handset’s coming with a list of improvements. The HTC Radar 4G will run WP 7.5 Mango, instead of the original Windows Phone. Another great addition is the front-facing camera, which is missing on all first generation WP handsets.
The handset comes with a 3.8 inch WVGA display, a 1GHz Snapdragon processor, a 5 megapixel camera with the capability of shooting 720p videos, 512 MB of RAM and 8GB of flash memory.
