HTC and T-Mobile are planning to come up with a brand new high-end device targeted at businessmen. It will probably belong to the popular myTouch lineup, which includes three smartphones for now. The device will probably support 4G connectivity, and it will be called myTouch 4G Slide.
The device will not be affordable for those who are planning to get a mid-range smartphone sporting the latest features. Especially for these customers T-Mobile decided to release another device — the T-Mobile variation for the popular HTC Wildfire S, called the HTC Marvel. The main specs of the device are going to be the same as of the origin device, including the not that large 3.2 inch display and 800 MHz processor (instead of the high-end typical 1 GHz one). While the specs do not impress, you should still remember that you are going to pay a lot less than for the high-end myTouch 4G.
The pic that leaked during one of the T-Mobile events demonstrates the smartphone next to the HTC Sensation. The bothering part of the shot is that the device is missing the T-Mobile branding. This might mean that the carrier is not that willing to have an early release of the device, which is said to appear in summer. Seems like this summer is going to be hotter for T-Mobile than usual.
