T-Mobile HTC HD7 Using Mango Support Search Engine Choice Options

T-Mobile HTC HD7 which got WP Mango OS only recently gives a lot of chances for the innovative steps concerning their devices. Now these users can choose the version of the search engine for their Internet Explorer 9.

Surely this doesn’t mean that there will not be a default version. The default search engine for the HTC HD7 is Bing, while it can be replaced with Google.  The shift can be made with IE9 settings menu. The only problem that arises here is that Bing has long been integrated with Windows Phone OS and thus it works better than the rest of the options.

There’s another interesting fact that this option of search engine shift is available only for those HTC HD7 handsets which come with T-Mobile branding. For the rest of the handsets Bing is a mandatory search engine. Is this a sign that T-Mobile had signed some kind of agreement with Google or something like that?

There are rumors that soon this option will also be available for some other HTC handsets also running WP Mango.

What about the Russian speaking part of the world? Are going to get Yandex option for their region?
