Last week we talked about several Windows Phone smartphones getting updates. But all those devices were launched in Europe and there was no word whether the US models would get similar updates or not. Now all HTC HD7 and Radar 4G owners can breathe a sigh of relief as starting today T–Mobile will launch WP updates for them.
Unlike the update for the HTC HD7, the one for the Radar 4G is not so significant. Anyway, it comes with some bug fixes and the most important of them is the voicemail bugfix.
As for the HD7, the update includes the Internet Sharing feature, which turns the Windows Phone handset into a mobile hotspot. Plus, after updating users will be able to connect to invisible WiFi networks.
These handsets belong to different generations of Windows Phone OS, but they walk together step by step. It’s mainly the merit of Microsoft, which doesn’t ignore any of its smartphones irrespective of their being high-end or mid-range devices. This is why the same Radar 4G can be easily compared with the HD7, which is much cooler.
