Canadian carriers have started an original marathon in terms of offering the second generation Windows Phone handset made by HTC. The handset in question is the HTC Radar 4G, which is currently available via WIND Mobile, Bell and Videotron. Sasktel and Rogers will join them later. We heard about the latter for only once, but later every info disappeared. Unlike Rogers, Sasktel yesterday published the pricing of the HTC Radar 4G.
Below is the whole price list for the HTC Radar 4G at Sasktel:
- $49.99 with a three-year contract and voice and data services.
- $149.99 with a three-year contract without any data plan.
- $269.99 with a two-year contract and voice and data services.
- $329.99 with a two-year contract without any data plan.
- $319.99 with a one-year contract and voice and data services.
- $349.99 with a one-year contract without any data plan.
- $369.99 free of any contract and data plan.

If you think the prices are high for such a mid-range smartphone, search for some news about the handset on the net, as the HTC Radar 4G is one of the best-selling smartphones of the company. Thus these prices are mainly conditioned by its sales volumes and there is no need to look at T-Mobile’s price lists, as the company’s strategy differs region by region. Unfortunately no exact launch date is announced yet.
