Smoother scrolling of the web pages and their scaling can be achieved simply when editing the registry. The user needs to just change some values of the FPS (frames per second).
To make the necessary changes the user should go to the registry sub key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ Software \ Opera \ Info. Smoothness of the zoom can be achieved by changing the key value of ZoomFps from 25 (exposed by default) to 50 (in some cases you can also use 30). For smooth scrolling you need to go to the key PanFps and change it from 30 to 50. And do not forget to make a soft reboot for the changes to take place.
