HTC releases new updates for the HTC Titan and the HTC Radar. Updates bring the built in camera application to the version 1.5 and are related to the introduction of Panorama and Burst modes for the camera application. No specific technical information is available from HTC as to the details of the updates, but it is assumed there were also certain bugs, so this update comes to fix them as well.
Just to remind the HTC Titan camera has a 8MP F2.2 lens and a BSI sensor making excellent high resolution images and its HD video satisfies every taste in low light shooting conditions. The camera application menu now will contain Panorama and Burst modes. In Panorama mode the user can connect three images together, kind of satisfying user’s urge for creating a mosaic picture. There is also a useful instruction just on the screen to guide you through the procedure. The burst mode allows taking consecutive photos without any pause and just keeping the camera button pressed. This mode will be useful for taking images of moving objects, and tracking the details of the move.
This update is available for download from Marketplace and is a good addition to all lovers of creative image taking. The installation page informs the update will work only on the HTC Titan and the HTC Radar.
