Regardless of the fact that most of the attention was shifted from WinMo OS to Android OS, we have some interesting news about the first one. WMPoweruser notes that three of the smartphones based on Windows Mobile 6.5 (HTC Trophy, HTC Tera, HTC Photon) from the recent roadmap are only some of the WinMo gadgets, scheduled for release in 2010.
As it turned out, these smartphones are intended only for T-Mobile. Other gadgets based on Windows Mobile will also be announced.
The second news is that Microsoft chose HTC as a strategic partner for the production of devices based on newer Windows Mobile 7. The Taiwanese manufacturer is planning to release smartphones running the Windows Mobile 7 already in the first half of 2010, though this may happen a little later, around the third quarter.
