Several days ago we informed you the HTC One V will have its successor, which will come with upgraded features like larger screen, more powerful processor and more attractive design. The phone is yet not officially announced but we can draw some conclusions relying on a photo and info provided by The Verge.
The follow up to the HTC One V will be called the HTC Proto. It’s a codename that will be changed at its launch. Until then we’ll call it the HTC Proto. The HTC Proto will sport a 4-inch WVGA touchscreen, a 1GHz Snapdragon S4 dual-core processor, 512MB of RAM, 4GB of internal storage and a 5MP camera. Probably the phone will come with Android 4.0 ICS out of the box.
Though this smartphone has no outstanding hardware or software features, it looks stylish, which is going to be the handset’s selling point.
No launch date or pricing are disclosed but we are waiting for them in the near future.
