Time shows that HTC loves making promises, which it eventually doesn’t keep. The company announced only One line handsets would be launched this year but it didn’t mention how many of them would be out. Probably, that was the main reason why used to think there would be no other devices but the One X, S and V. Alas, we erred because at the moment HTC’s One line includes over dozen smartphones. Add one more.
The HTC One SV is designed especially for Australia and Singapore but we think the device will appear in Europe as well. It comes with a 4.3-inch WVGA Super LCD2 display at 217ppi pixel density, a dual-core 1.2GHz Snapdragon S4 Plus, 1GB of RAM, 8GB of internal memory, quick 5MP BSI camera that takes as many as 30 consecutive shots, and Android 4.1 Jelly Bean out of the box.
The HTC One SV will be launched in “Stealth Black” and “Glacier White” at $562 (688 Singapore dollars) off contract.
