HTC One S Passed FCC and is on its Way to T-Mobile USA

European and US carriers and retailers have begun a unique marathon of involving as many HTC handsets as possible. It’s all due to the existence of Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich OS and the refreshed design of HTC handsets, which promise to ensure bright future.

Several retailers and carriers in Europe and North America have already listed the HTC One S together with other One smartphones in their coming soon page and are gladly getting pre-orders for them. But the most anticipated carrier is T-Mobile US, which was rumored to offer it in the near future. MWC 2012 confirmed it, but we want it to be confirmed on the paper. At the moment we have finally got it — FCC approved the HTC One S.

The phone has passed FCC gates, which show the One S will support GSM and WCDMA 850, 1900 and 1700 bands, meaning it’s the T-Mobile USA version we’ve been waiting for. Nevertheless, the bands are not the main features we wanted to see approved, as the phone is packed with a list of gorgeous specs. The most noteworthy ones are the 7.8mm thickness, dual-core processor and Android 4.0 ICS and HTC Sense 4.0.

And lastly, we are curious about the launch date and the exact price tag of the handset. Any guesses?
