Tweeter is once more mixing our plans. We got the information that HTC Merge will not be launching shortly but instead it will be pushed back to 2011. The main reason for the delay is that LTE dual-mode radio needs to be added to the gadget. As a result the smartphone will join the Verizon Wireless’s 2010 LTE smartphone lineup.
The device has been almost ready for the release (as if believing the experts) and now everything is getting back to the initial situation. But let’s not forget that 4G LTE radio placed on the device will make it more competitive. At least if compared to the T-Mobile G2, we might assume that at least some of the users will stop their choice on HTC Merge.
