The first quality image of the HTC Legend recently appeared on the Internet, and we think we should expect the official announcement of the phone soon.

Today some details and specifications of the HTC Legend became available. The display of the new phone will be AMOLED and will have a diagonal of 3.2 inches, with resolution of 480×320 pixels.

The new HTC Legend will be equipped with Qualcomm MSM7227 processor with a clock frequency of 600 MHz. The user will have 256 MB of RAM and 512 MB ROM.

A 5 megapixel camera with auto-focus and flash will allow the user to take quality images. The HTC Legend also supports Wi-Fi, A-GPS, Bluetooth 2.0 + EDR. With the standard 3.5 mm audio jack you can use any headphones, which is also very good.

The device also includes an FM-Tuner and a 1300 mAh battery.

The dimensions of the HTC Legend are 112 x 56.3 x 11.5 millimeters.

The phone will be running Google Android version 2.x (perhaps 2.1). The new HTC phone will be released in February of  the next year, after the presentation at the Mobile World Congress.
