Mobile Hotspot application is a rather useful item and that’s no surprising that AT&T is planning to have it for their upcoming HTC Inspire 4G gadgets. And this is not the only cool offer from AT&T. The feature gives a chance to the users to share data speed via Wi-Fi to other connected devices.

Those customers who already have such smartphones as iPhone 4 will and use it for tethering, will get some additional 2GB of data attached to their plans for free. And all of this is going to be available starting February 13 with the release of HTC Inspire 4G itself.
“We want to extend the benefits of an additional 2GB to smartphone customers on our tethering plan. This delivers more value today for the price they’re already paying – and that’s what our customers want”, says David Christopher, chief marketing officer, AT&T Mobility and Consumer Markets.
The typical plans attached to the mobile hotspot include 4GB of data for monthly payment of $45 and 2 GB of data for only $20. But you should also be aware that in case if you exceed you plans in each of the case you will be charged extra $10 for each GB, which is almost the average price of it anyways.
The main features of HTC Mobile Hotspot are the following:
- Connectivity for multiple wireless devices to AT&T’s mobile broadband network
- 2 GB of data usage for $20 a month, bundled with AT&T’s Data Pro plan ($25 / 2GB)
- The combined AT&T Data Pro plus AT&T Mobile Hotspot will provide 4GB for $45 per month
