HTC EVO Design 4G for $29.99 from Amazon

Sprint officially announced the HTC EVO Design 4G last week. It’ll be the first EVO device coming with the support of global roaming. The device is now listed as a mid-range device. This is probably because of the late release; if it were released last year, it’d without doubt be considered a high-end device.

The sales of the device started on October 23. Those customers who didn’t hurry to get their units these days are way luckier, than those who did.

Sprint takes $99.99 for the handset, with a $50 mail-in rebate, but as usual this is not the cheapest price of the handset. In case you get the EVO Design 4G from Amazon, you will have to pay only $29.99 for it. Surely, this purchase will also require a two-year contract, but let’s not forget this is a good chance to save $70.

Amazon doesn’t mention for how long this exclusive order will be available, but you’d better try to place a pre-order on the handset as soon as possible.

The HTC EVO Design comes with a 4 inch display, a 1.2 GHz single-core processor, a 5 megapixel rear camera and a 1.3 megapixel front-facing one. The handset uses Android 2.3 Gingerbread coming with the HTC Sense 3.0 UI.
