    HTC Can be Banned from Importing Smartphones in the US

    HTC may be prohibited to import phones with Android operating system into the U.S.

    The shares of the Taiwanese mobile phone manufacturer HTC have fallen to a record level for the last three weeks in the auction in Taipei after it became known that Apple filed a complaint to the Commission on International Trade in the U.S. about the violation terms of 10 patents by HTC for the use of operating systems. One of the main requirements of Apple is to ban the import of HTC phones equipped with an Android operating system from Google into the U.S.
