Google Nexus One Sales Lower Than Expected

According to the reports of the first month, only 80 thousand samples of the smartphone Google Nexus One were sold. The figure shows that there is demand for the new smartphone of Google and HTC, but it has not increased in the last month. It should be noted that during the first week of the sales the company has sold just 20 thousand smartphones Nexus One.

For comparison, in the first month since the day of release the Motorola company has sold 525 thousand smartphones Motorola Milestone. iPhone sales were also significantly higher, although there is no data for the same period. According to analysts, the low sales of smartphones is due to the fact that you can buy it in the U.S. only, and the fact that it is offered only with signing a contract with the operator T-Mobile.

Let us remind that the first Google smartphone buyers have faced with the problem of poor reception of 3G-signal. Later Google has released an update that solves the problem. Google company, which was not prepared for such circumstances, promised a full technical support team. The customers will be able to contact the support team not only by just e-mail, but also on phone.
