Those who desperately want the HTC One X but don’t plan to go with AT&T, should consider another very similar device, the HTC EVO One. Sprint bound EVO One has just had its first show-off, the photos of which reveal the first look of the upcoming model. As a reminder, these photos have been taken before the official announcement, so do not be confused with the HTC Evo One naming.
The HTC EVO One is huge, as it was expected to be. It was also supposed to be thicker to accommodate the 2000mAh battery, which is not so noticeable in the photos. Another thing that pops right out of the picture is the fun-looking kickstand. There are no further changes in the phone specs. It still offers a 720p 4.7-inch screen, 8 megapixel on the back shooter and 1.3 on the front one, and finally the Beats Audio the HTC One X has been famous for. The processor comes with a Snapdragon S4 chipset with an LTE radio.
The features are quite impressive, but we wouldn’t grant it the same score for the design. The HTC One X definitely looks more attractive and elegant than the gloomy HTC EVO One. On the contrary, the EVO One will most probably have a lot of fans who appreciate the “inner beauty” of the phone.
