The exterior of the HTC Holiday was revealed by AT&T leaked shots back in April, but I think that most of the potential customers are much more interested to find out what’s packed under the hood. Finally the HTC Holiday visited FCC appearing with a codename PH39100. The dimensions of the handset are also leaked.
So, let’s see… the handset comes in with Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS support. It’s going to work with 1700/2100/700 LTE bands. As for the already known specs, we have a 4.5-inch super-large display with a resolution of 960 × 540, Android 2.3.4 OS coming with HTC Sense 3.5 UI, a 1.2GHz dual-core processor, an 8MP rear and a 1.3MP front-facing cameras and 1GB of RAM.
The device is going to be available not only in the US, but in South Korea and Australia, too. The name of the device will also range from region to region. In some locations the HTC Holiday will appear as the HTC Raider.
Hopefully AT&T will offer the handset by the end of this year. This will give us a chance to check whether AT&T LTE networks are as reliable as those of Verizon Wireless.
